Now it's your turn to create a card! Member cards are worth 0 points and do not count toward your total card worth, but for every 10 member cards you collect (including yours in the first set), you have mastered a set of member cards! Fill out the mastered form so you can receive your prize of two regular cards of choice (or one special card of choice) and two random regular cards.

To create a member card, please download (right click and save) the jpg file below and follow the guidelines.

1. You may not change the layout of the card.
2. You may change the colors or pattern of the border. The template is in jpg format so that you may take full advantage of the full color spectrum.
3. Choose your own picture from Grey's Anatomy to use in the card.
4. Lastly, use a legible font (an outlined pixel font is preferred) to place your name along the bottom bar.
5. You never run out of your member card; in other words, trade it with as many other members as you'd like.
6. Trading member cards does NOT count toward your stamp card. If you trade regular cards along with it, then it does, but not if all you're trading is member cards.
7. If you'd like to trade your member card with someone, just e-mail them and offer. Most members will say yes, but please do not push if they say no for some reason. Also, you may only trade member cards with members who have them made.
8. Again, your member card is worth 0 (ZERO).
9. Don't forget to put the name you use here at Seattle Grace on your member card.

That's it! Once you submit your card you will receive a random card for your efforts!
